Round cross section enamelled copper magnet wire
A. Dasol 180 / Isoflex (IF)
Characteristics
Isoflex magnet wire is a gold-colored copper wire of heat class H (up to 180 ˚C). This copper magnet wire has an insulation of modified polyurethane and has excellent solderability using high temperatures without causing damage to the enamel coat. Isoflex satisfies the requirements of modern winding technologies. The chemical resistance against aggressive liquid and gaseous substances is limited.
Applications
Isoflex is suitable for use in relays, coils in small and miniaturized electric motors and small transformers. But also for solenoids in telecommunications applications.

B. Damidsol / Friotherm 1000 (FV)
Characteristics
Friotherm 1000 magnet wire is a copper wire of heat class H (=180 ˚C), which has excellent solderability at elevated temperatures. A special feature is the excellent resistance to heat over extended periods of time. This copper magnet wire is eminently suitable for use with modern winding technologies. The chemical resistance against aggressive liquid and gaseous substances is limited.

C. Damid 200 / Multogan 2000 (MH)
Multogan 2000 copper magnet wire has a 2-coat enamel insulation. The base coat is a THEIC modified polyester. The outer coat is polyamide-imide. The combination of two different enamels yields numerous advantages and options that cannot be achieved using a single coat insulation. For example, this copper magnet wire has excellent resistance against abrasion, excellent thermal stability and good tensile strength.

D. Damidbond 200 bonding type magnet wire
Characteristics
Damidbond magnet wire is a 3-coat enameled copper wire that easily bonds to itself when exposed to hot air or an electric heater delivering a temperature between 180 and 220 ˚C. The base coat is a THEIC modified polyester. The intermediate coat is polyamide-imide and the bonding coat is modified aromatic polyamide. By heating the wire using inductive or convective heating, the outer coat bonds and cures at a temperature between 140 and 190 ˚C.
Applications
Damidbond bonding magnet wire is used in electric motors, fully enclosed (air) compressors, electromagnetic solenoids and relays.
